Keeping Yourself Safe is a self-help guide designed to help children keep safe.
Children will learn to recognise how their body might feel if they feel frightened or scared, what they can do when grown ups shout or fight and who they can turn to for help.
The booklet reinforces Monkey Bob’s three key messages:
· It’s not ok for anyone to hurt or frighten you or anyone in your family.
· It’s always ok to tell someone you trust if you’re worried or frightened.
· It’s always ok to keep yourself safe if you’re afraid.
